Privacy notice

What we collect, why we collect it and your choices.

Who is responsible

Ventieri publishes Luxury Assets News. We aim to handle personal information in accordance with UK GDPR where applicable and the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018. Registered company and contact details will be added when supplied by the publisher; no details have been assumed.

Newsletter

Signing up stores your email address, sign-up location, date and subscription status so we can administer The Luxury Assets Brief, on the basis of your consent. Email delivery is not yet connected. You can withdraw consent or request removal through the contact page; delivered editions will include an unsubscribe option when sending begins.

Contact and rights requests

Our contact form stores your name, email, optional organisation, subject, message and submission date for authorised editorial staff. We use these to respond, review corrections and rights requests and retain a necessary record, based on legitimate interests and any applicable legal obligation. Submission is not an email-delivery confirmation.

Briefing

Aurelia’s text replies use published content. Questions are logged with the selected article and a matching indicator to inform editorial planning; email-like text is removed. Do not include sensitive or personal information. Video briefing is not live until configured. If enabled, only published article context and public prompts are sent to Tavus, not profiles, subscriber emails or unpublished drafts.

Cookies, storage and analytics

Editor sign-in uses essential browser storage to maintain a session. The site does not add advertising cookies or a marketing tracker. Hosting may process technical request information, including IP addresses, device and browser information, security logs and aggregate usage measurements. Browser speech synthesis uses your browser’s available voices; some voices may use the browser provider’s services. We do not record article audio.

Providers, retention and security

Hosting, storage and our AI service providers process information needed to operate the publication. AI-assisted drafting uses source evidence, not subscriber profiles. Providers may process data outside Jersey or the UK; applicable transfer safeguards must be maintained. Access to subscriber lists and enquiries is restricted to authorised staff. We keep information only while needed for its purpose, resolving a request or legal obligations; periodic deletion review is required.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use our contact page; we may need proportionate identity information. You may complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, as applicable.
